We would like to inform you of an important development that may affect our future pricing and ordering policies. Beginning April 2025, the United States government has introduced updated tariff regulations that will impact a broad range of imported consumer goods, including many product categories relevant to our catalog.
As a result, First Smile LLC may adjust pricing on selected or all products in response to these new import cost structures.
Why Is This Happening?
Under the revised trade policy issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), several product categories sourced from key manufacturing regions are now subject to increased import duties and expanded tariff classifications. These include, but are not limited to:
– Kitchenware and tableware
– Giftware and packaged sets
– Wellness and lifestyle goods
– Home accessories and decorative items
While we are actively exploring every avenue to minimize the impact—including supplier-side negotiations, logistics adjustments, and duty classifications—certain price changes may be unavoidable.
What This Means for Our Customers
– Price updates may apply to orders placed on or after April 15, 2025
– Existing purchase orders and confirmed contracts will remain honored under current terms
– A revised product price list, if applicable, will be shared proactively with all active clients
– Custom and high-volume quotes will continue to be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
